Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding and hardware to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
